Wedding Photo Booth Rental frequently asked questions

What kind of photo booth do you use?
We offer modern open-air photo booth experiences with DSLR cameras, professional lighting, custom branded print templates, instant prints, and digital sharing via text or email. GIF and boomerang modes are included.
How long is the photo booth available during the event?
Photo booth packages run 5 hours of active rental time during the reception, with a dedicated attendant on-site for the duration. Additional hours are available as an upgrade.
How is this service priced?
Modern Era Weddings uses day-rate pricing rather than hourly billing — your DJ, photo, and video packages cover unlimited hours on the day of your event. Photo booth packages run a fixed 5 hours of active rental time (additional hours are available as an upgrade). Pricing depends on the artist or DJ you choose, venue location, equipment needs, and whether the service is part of a multi-event Signature Wedding Weekend. Every couple receives a custom quote within 24 hours of submitting a consultation request.
Where is this service available?
This service is available throughout Southwest Florida (Naples, Marco Island, Sarasota, Tampa, Fort Myers), the Florida Keys (Upper Keys: Key Largo & Islamorada; Middle Keys: Marathon & Duck Key; and Key West), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and the Hudson Valley and Finger Lakes regions of New York. Travel is also available for destination weddings in the Berkshires, the Poconos, the DC metro, and nationwide.
How far in advance should I book?
For peak season (October-May in Florida, May-October in Pittsburgh) we recommend booking 9 to 12 months in advance. Off-season and short-notice bookings are accepted when availability allows.
What's the difference between a print, digital, and 360 booth?
The print booth captures stills and prints them on site with a custom-branded template. The digital booth is the same capture experience but delivers via text/email rather than printing — better for outdoor or space-constrained venues. The 360 video booth is a separate format: a slow-motion rotating camera arm that produces a vertical clip your guests can share to social.
Can the prints be custom-branded for our wedding?
Yes. Print templates are designed to match your wedding palette and monogram, with the couple's names and date baked into every printed strip. Templates are previewed and signed off in the planning portal.
Do you provide an attendant on-site?
Yes. Every booth booking includes a dedicated attendant who sets up the booth, hosts guests through the experience, manages the props and the print queue, and breaks down at the end of the rental window.
